Our Story

Prefero started as a salon management platform, dingg.app, helping thousands of beauty businesses manage their daily operations. Scheduling, payments, client records, inventory. The operational side of running a salon.

But we kept hearing the same question from salon owners: "How do I get more clients?"

Salon management software can organize your business, but it cannot market your business. Owners were spending $2,000-$5,000 per month on marketing agencies that barely understood their industry. Solo stylists had no marketing at all, relying entirely on word of mouth and Instagram posts.

We realized that AI could solve this problem at scale. Instead of hiring humans to do repetitive marketing tasks, we could build AI agents that specialize in local marketing: finding clients on Google, booking them through any channel, retaining them with personalized campaigns, and providing business intelligence to guide growth.
